Check-ups and other urology appointments can be really stressful for people with bladder cancer. Having a friend, partner, or other caregiver attend appointments with you can help alleviate some anxiety, and it never hurts to have another set of eyes and ears present to remember the information the doctor gives you.

From being by your side during appointments to helping pick up prescriptions afterward, caregivers do it all. And every once in awhile, they find ways to be helpful AND thrifty!
