"My dad was diagnosed with high-grade papillary urothelial carcinoma focally extending to subfield connective tissue there is also evidence of urothelial carcinoma and sit you prosthetic uretha shows your Theo carcinoma and sit you with changes consistent with extension to the Von Braun nest. My dad has significant co-morbidities including extensive cardiac history. It appears he is not a candidate for bladder removal. We go to Dana-Farber next week to see if he is even a possible candidate for any other therapy that won't do damage and hurt his existing conditions.
