What Does a Bladder Tumor Look Like?

Many people in the bladder cancer community have described coming face to face with their bladder tumor in the exam room during a cystoscopy.

One survivor described the moment by saying, "The first glimpse I had of a tumor of mine, I was struck by how pretty it was. I always imagined a tumor to be ugly. This one looked like a sea anemone..." Another survivor wrote about not being able to look at the screen until the scope is over.

There are so many different cystoscopy experiences, and many of you shared what your bladder tumors looked like when you saw them for the first time. We created this video to help illustrate your words.
