Long Year with Bladder Cancer
My symptoms appeared on 4/7/20, with blood in my urine. After tests and a biopsy, cancer was confirmed on 5/4. I decided on a study, with BCG and ALT803 (1 per week for 6 weeks) for the summer and again late fall. Although it seemed to help, the cancer is still there. I am trying Keytruda and gemcitabine starting 5/4. If it also fails, bladder removal in the summer. Hoping for good news.
