About the only thing that relieves my symptoms of pressure and urethral pain is heat. Heating pad. Thinking warm bath will also help. Not sure if this creates risk given the need to add bleach to the toilet.
As far as I know it is perfectly okay to have a bath after treatment. The leaflet I received whilst having my treatment recommended having either a bath or shower 6 hours after instillations.
Thanks so much for replying! I thought a bath was okay but it’s good to get corroborations on that

@Steve R - I would like to think that you would be provided with any restrictions post BCG but would confirm with your doctor just in case it is a concern. A heating pad sounds like a good option also if it helps relieve post treatment pain. Linda Urbanski (moderator, Bladdercancer.net team member)

a heat pad sounds a good plan. I haven’t had BCG so can’t comment on the bath. I would check with your medical team. Laura, Moderator, BladderCancer.net
