I was diagnosed with two papillary T1 tumors in 2001. They were resected, and I received BCG full course. I was scoped for 12 years. Nothing.

2023 CT scan showed recurrence. I had the tumor removed on April 3, then went back to the hospital due to bleeding. It was a large papillary pTa high-grade tumor, 4 cm or so. So superficial but fast-growing.
