NED prior to RC

Hello Everyone!
I'm new to the forum. Firstly, I want to thank you each for sharing your experience & tips. I'm relatively new on the BC path. I'm 59yro and sole caregiver. Until this year I lived a blessed active healthy life, and I still feel relatively fortunate. Jan2023 I was diagnosed with MIBC stage2, no evidence outside the bladder but the tumor did nick into bladder muscle.
After TURBT & 3rounds of cisplatin chemo(via port), my CTUrogram results reported NED. Grateful for good news! Amen. Now I'm mentally preparing for next steps which is still RC.
Any words of advice?

Also does anyone use special at home urine a screening?
