Starting GC + DDMVAC treatment tomorrow
It's been a little bit since I gave an update because things have been kind of an emotional roller coaster.
First off, the year started over and unfortunately so did our deductible. The cost of everything is stressful but fortunately I think we will be maxed out again soon.
We returned to the hospital to have a port installed. There was a lot of anxiety before hand but everything turn out good.
Then we got back that CAT scan results. The results were not good. The cancer has metastasized to his lungs. The following days were very emotional. We are trying hard to stay positive and putting a lot of faith in God and the new Oncology Team.
Tomorrow starts his first treatment of GC + DDMVAC. Anxiety levels are so high right now. We are praying this new treatment helps. He will have 2 rounds and than move onto immunotherapy. More on that to come.

Hi there. I am sorry to hear the results weren't as good as you and we all hope for, for him. I am glad the medical team are starting the treatment quickly. I hope the treatment does it's job and provides the best possible position post treatment. You are both very much in my thoughts. We are all here for you both.
