BCG Treatments

Hello to all, Captain Rich here. This morning I had my 4th BCG treatment. As soon as I got home, I took 100 mg of AZO, which I have talked about here previously. All my trips to the bathroom have been pretty much painless. I have two more treatments remaining. I will then be scheduled 6 weeks later for a cystoscope to see if there are any further issues. I've been told I will have to get these scopes every 3 months for the rest of my life. I am 69 and still in good shape other than this cancer. My biggest concern is a reoccurrence. I will keep you all posted with my journey.

September 7 Update - Cystoscopes

Thank you to everyone for their input. I have one more BCG and six weeks later my first cysto since surgery. I will hope for the best and let everyone know how it went as well as my thoughts.

I had treatment 5 today and struggled some but feeling better this evening. One more treatment to go I then wait 6 weeks for the scope. Not looking forward to that at all. Catheter is larger than one used for Bcg <a href='http://injections.Does' target='_blank' rel='noopener noreferrer ugc'>injections.Does</a> anyone have scope experiences to share? Good health to all.  @Captain ricih - Happy to hear that you are almost completed with your 6 weeks treatment and hoping that it is effective. I am wondering if a smaller catheter can be used. I think it is great that you seem to have done so well with the BCG treatments and maybe you will be healed enough that the cystco follow up will go very well also. Make sure you keep well hydrated to help with healing. My best to you and please keep us updated.
