Experiencing large blood clots in my urine; can you relate?

I've been diagnosed with high-grade muscle-invasive bladder cancer. With sarcomatoid features. 10% in one tumor and 20% in the other. I've completed chemo and am scheduled for a radical cystectomy this month. Thankfully, a recent CT scan confirmed that the cancer had not spread. I hope. My last chemo treatment was in July. About 2 weeks ago, I started bleeding. Heavily. Excuse my bluntness, but the clots were so large they actually blocked my urine flow. Quite scary. I was negative for UTI. I also have severe back and pelvic pain during the bleeding. I guess there is nothing to be done since everything is coming out soon. Has anyone else had an experience like this? I could, I suppose, be passing stones, but there was so much blood for so long. Anyway, if anyone has had something like this, I'd sure like to hear about it.
