My Feelings 4 Months After Diagnosis

I was diagnosed in October 2017. Have just completed 6-week BCG treatments. Most difficult has been tiredness, lack of energy, and often inability to do things I usually enjoy, reading, writing and research, so no additional income. I am 81, was heavy smoker, quit in 1987, but, ah, the wages of past addiction have come to roost. Trying to stay optimistic, despite anxiety and fear. I live alone, have few friends, and daughter who lives many miles away. Just joined this group. My son lives in same city but is in denial and rarely visits. Daughter and I text a lot, weekly telephone. She is very busy with work and my sweet young granddaughter.
