Pros and cons of each bladder removal option?
My bladder is being removed and I was given 3 options of how I will urinate; bag on the outside, pouch on the inside with a single direction stoma which I will have to cath when ready to empty, or a pouch with a connection to my urethra so I can urinate through the penis.
I am looking for pros and cons of each and recommendations. Would love to hear from those that have chosen each option.
