I haven't had gemcitabine but am scheduled to be receiving it soon. Perhaps we'll be sharing our experiences? ~Jacqueline, Moderator (BladderCancer.net, Advocate)

I'm due to have it in February. That's the earliest I can get in . Hoping to get some relief

Yes, we seem to be running neck and neck. I have not scheduled my procedure yet, but the way it's going, it'll probably be in February as well. I had to reschedule a CT scan just before the cystoscopy revealed another velvety flat patch of papillary tumor. Today, the scan was cancelled due to inclimate weather. (That means it snowed all day yesterday and the roads have iced over. Too dangerous for northwest driving.) I hope you do get some relief and some peace of mind. I know how torturous it can be to ruminate over the unknown. Take care! ~Jacqueline, Moderator, BladderCancer.net (Advocate)
