Is recurring non-muscular invasive bladder cancer more of a concern when it recurrs in different parts of the bladder?

@CommunityMember577 - I am not a medical professional and cannot answer this with any expertise. I do know that when low grade is diagnosed and is later followed by high grade recurrence , that it is more of a concern.
