It's Back

I had an investigation for an enlarged prostate about three years ago, and bladder cancer was also discovered (ACCA KING GEORGE 3rd?).
I underwent a course of BCG, and the cancer appeared to have cleared. About a month ago, I suddenly developed pain and swelling in my right leg. I was already taking Warfarin and then changed to Rivaroxaban for left leg DVT. I assumed this was also DVT, I had an ultrasound, but no clots were found.
I had my regular check cystoscopy for bladder cancer, and this showed that I now have a malignant neoplasm of the bladder, which has most likely spread to the lymph nodes of the leg, causing edema. I am awaiting an appointment to find out what happens next, with great worry!!! My wife and I have been married for 66 years, and she has advanced vascular dementia and is now in a care home. I suspect she will outlive me, and we were both born on 7 December 1937!
