TB test prior to treatment
My 78 yo dad was diagnosed with bladder cancer and today was supposed to be his first treatment. Unfortunately nobody told him he had to take a TB test. Does anyone know if he need to take this test within a certain amount of hours previous to treatment or can he get done a week before and bring results?
@Msommer - I have not seen that mentioned before and did not have BCG treatments so I would suggest reaching out to the doctor soon so there is not a delay in these treatments. My best to you both. Linda Urbanski ( moderator, Bladdercancer.net team member)
