@CommunityMember571 - Several things are taken into account such as age, physical condition, stage and grade of cancer, general health etc. Has your doctor suggested bladder removal along with the chemo with the chemo first? I do read that this is done with some. I suggest asking the doctor for all treatment options that are available for someone of your mothers age, condition etc. to make sure you both understand that options and what is best for her.
