2 Years Clear Low Grade T0 - blood in urine after strenuous exercise

I found myself straining excessively to complete my last set of military press reps on a machine at Planet Fitness yesterday. When I got home I had to urinate and discovered a small amount of blood in my urine. Has anyone else had this experience?

I spoke to my doctor about the event, and he explained that it was nothing to be concerned about. More than likely I popped a blood vessel in my prostate, which is what caused the small amount of blood I experienced. Hopefully the post will help someone else.
