Simac - I hope that your chemo goes well with minimal side effects. As for the diversion, I have had a bag for over 8 years and do not let it impact my life at all. I think it is good to check out the pros and cons for each and then see which may fit your life style also. A good surgeon who does many of the specific diversion that you choose is very important.
