The glutamine super antagonist DRP 104

This drug has been shown to restrict glutamine access to cancer which use glutamine as an energy source. Studies done by John Hopkins has shown that it has a very impressive impact on killing or eliminating cancer cells. There is also work performed by Dr Thomas Seyfried that uses the DRP 104 (a prodrug version of the established drug DON)in combination with a ketogenic diet which starves cancer cells of glucose/sugar. The problem is finding accessibility of the DRP 104.
Is anyone familiar with this therapy and been able to obtain and/or have the the drug administered
