Ongoing Irritated Bladder after 19 BCG's

I was diagnosed in 2019. T1G3 with CIS. I had 6 weeks mitomycin (lack of BCG), then 6 weeks BDG induction, 3-week maintenance till I had joints flare up after 3 weeks BCG surrounded by the first 2 COVID vaccines in February 2021. My MD said no more BCG.

Moved to Florida mid 2021 and my case to Moffitt. In December 2022 my MD found a new tumor. Had TURBT in January. Since my flare up involved COVID vaccine the feeling was my immune system was overloaded and we tried another induction. I could only take 5 weeks.

Biopsies in September were clear and we started 3-week maintenance in September. I could only tolerate 2 weeks.

Now my bladder is very irritated. Actually, thought I had UTI but culture was negative. When I stand up, I typically have to pee and many times it's 100cc's or less.

Scheduled for more biopsies in January.

Has anyone found treatments that can ease the incessant urges? They are painful and also have pain on initiating urination.

I take Mybetriq and Flowmax daily.
