Questions and Advice on Alternatives

Hello I am seeking answers to some questions and possible advice or recommendations. I was diagnosed with NMIBC 3 years ago and I have undergone 7 TURBT in that time, mostly low grade, and twice was high grade so had 2 BCG follow ups. Now it as moved, and I have low grade tumors in my urethra as well and now are talking about a complete Cystectomy. I am hesitant for this procedure currently and a bit untrusting of my urologist. I finally met with a oncologist, who has suggested alternatives, such as Keytruda, gemzar with Docetosel, which I am reluctant since have received Gemzar after each TURBT. They are also taking about radiation. I am familiar with radiation and the pains, since I chose it for my throat cancer. I would like to ask about any experiences with a Cystoscopy and the quality of life afterwards, any input about the immune, or chemo treatments and the radiation. I am also looking for other alternatives and has anyone tried ivermectin and benfenzole as an alternative. Thank you for any help and advice or suggestions.
