It's back again

Hello all.

I was diagnosed with bladder cancer back in October, 2021. T1, non muscle invasive. I went in for TURBT. Went in again early 2022 for check up. They found nothing. I got broke. Spent my last penny to go in for double surgery (hemorrhoidectomy and sphincterotomy) in 2023. I could not go for cystoscopy... not even this year, 2024 as a minimum wage earner in a third world country.

I am now experiencing hematuria again. I don't know where to begin. Protocol tests are expensive not to talk of the treatment. I have done literally everything to ensure this doesn't return. But now, I am back to square 1.

I suffer from sinusitis which has resulted in me having eustachian tube dysfunction with tinnitus on both ears. I know this is a mold allergy problem.I currently have sore throat and tongue with cracks on it. It looks infected. Bacteria in my body are now resistant to antibiotics. I can't move away from my family house. I don't earn enough to do that. I think all these started from leaky gut issues which I have been doing research on recently. So many things to fix. Where do I start from... I lost my father early this year. My family have financial limits. Where do I start from? I don't even have insurance since I am only a contract worker... approval of treatments can be selective. Where do I start? Oh God, have mercy on me.If I don't survive this, please accept my spirit when the time comes.
