Re: Enfortumab-Induced Motor Neuropathy

My father-in-law has developed a bilateral leg motor neuropathy 5 weeks post second dose of enfortumab for his metastatic disease. Does anyone have any information about potential for any recovery? He can stand for short periods of time but can no longer walk independently. We are hoping this eventually improves, of course. Thanks for reviewing.

  1. Hey I just wanted to chime in and say I suffered from neuropathy with my cancer, as you can see over at https://blood-cancer.com/living/neuropathy It is a little more common with blood cancer but the result is the same, so it should give you some of the info you are looking for. For me, personally, the only thing that helped was time, and lots of it, but it did eventually go away but it was in my hands, not my legs. Either way, let us know if there's anything else we can do to help from here. Keep on keepin' on, DPM
